CIT Update: Mandatory Reliquidation Ordered for All IEEPA Entries—Including Final Liquidations
Following recent court orders, there is significant news regarding the reliquidation of entries entered subject to IEEPA duties. The U.S. Court of International Trade has directed that any unliquidated entries, as well as liquidated entries for which liquidation is not yet final, be reliquidated without these duties. Notably, on March 27th, 2026, the court has further ruled that even liquidated entries for which liquidation is final shall be reliquidated without regard to IEEPA duties.
